The high school volleyball teams lost matches at home with SBC foe St. Joseph CC - the JV lost, 25-23, 25-27; and the varsity lost, 25-22, 17-25, 25-19, 25-16.

The girls soccer team earned a 2-1 road win at Archbold. Taylor Hill scored a first-half goal to give the Wildcats a 1-0 lead, assist Camille Strong. After Archbold tied it in the 2nd half, Kelsey Kaylor scored the game-winner with 14 minutes left. Layla McGinnis had 3 saves.

The boys golf team finished eighth in the Div. III sectional tournament at Green Hills GC. Mason Busdiecker shot 85, Kevin Wallace shot 94, Kaiden Orcelletto shot 96, Brandon Kayser shot 100, and Jack Morris shot 107.
At last week's Board of Education meeting we recognized Grace Draeger as our Senior of the Month for September and Harry LaMunyon as our Student of the Month for September. Congratulations Grace and Harry!

The girls golf team finished seventh of 13 teams in the Div. II sectional at Ironwood GC with a 430 team total. Sophia Repka shot 102, Lily Myers shot 103, Abby Reinieck shot 109, Hali Ballard shot 116, and Satori Alter shot 118.

The girls HS cross country team was 9th and the boys were 17th in the Liberty Center meet in Napoleon. Emma Hammer finished 21st (180 runners) in a time of 21:21.48. Mallory Meggitt was 45th. Top finisher for the boys was Drake Blausey in 53rd-place (243 runners) in 18:36.81.
The JV football team earned a 23-16 win at home over Gibsonburg. Calvin Lipstraw connected with Wesley Kayser on a long scoring pass play and Aden Carter had two rushing touchdowns. Lipstraw and Carter had two-point runs and Kyle Mangus kicked an extra point.
The girls golf team lost a close 216-220 decision to Genoa at Maumee Bay GC in a dual match. Sophia Repka shot 50, Satori Alter shot 53, Lily Myers shot 57, Abby Reineck shot 60, Jordyn Dunn shot 67, and Allison Bankey shot 74.
