Junior Landon Rich lost his first two matches in the D3 state wrestling tournament to fall out of the tournament. He lost 9-6 and 14-7 decisions. He finishes the season with a 38-15 record. He is the first Wildcat state qualifier since 2014. Congratulations on your season.

The Middle School held a Winter Sports Pep Rally at the end of the day today! They recognized our Northwest Ohio Quiz Bowl Championship team, our SBC Champion 7th Grade Boys Basketball Team, and SBC Champion wrestlers Bryce Ruch and Lucas Caldwell! There were also plenty of fun games - a Rock/Paper/Scissors tournament (congrats Bridget Hunt!), a class game where they were tasked to make a classmate a mummy out of toilet paper as fast as they could (congrats 8th grade team!), and a game of Knock Out between our 7th grade boys' basketball team and the faculty (congrats Chase Allen on beating out Mr. Schlea!). To cap it off, the 7th grade was awarded the Spirit Stick! It was a great way to kick off the weekend! Great job Wildcats!!
